I am conflicted on writing this ,sometimes I leave with a great hair cut and sometimes ,more often than not, I'm more annoyed. It was only a month ago I was last in, it already does not look fresh. She barely touched the top,yet shortened the sides. I wish you guys can implement a picture system instead of this stupid number thing. I told her specifically, I want it buzzed off. She buzzed the sides but left a mop. Usually it looks fresh up to three months,not less than a month. And finally, $25 for a basic cut? Are you kidding me? I'm complaining to your parent, Regis. The quality has gotten questionable and not spending enough time on your clients.

Been coming here off and on for years. New management suddenly has all these cameras all over which I thought was weird for a salon. These ladies are underpaid and overworked. Regular stylists make less than mcdonalds down the street and get no benefits. Remember that next time yall complain or leave a 50 cent tip. How about give em a raise or some benefits to improve morale after the crazy last 3 years weve had.

I made an appointment on line and chose Sylvia to cut my hair. I could've not been more greatful for her experience. She is very pleasant and so professional. She was fast snd yet paid attention to everything I said about how I wanted my haircut. I will keep coming back even though I live a little too far. The facility was very clean as well. Great job Sylvia!
