Mario and his team walked us through a smooth sale of our family home. He answered all our questions and was extremely thorough with every step. We went from a tired, to move in ready home! Mario scheduled vendors, donated unwanted items and hauled what we no longer needed. The home was repainted, had new flooring installed, and all fixtures were updated. After Mario's final finishing touches, it was landscaped, staged, and professionally photographed for marketing purposes. We were thrilled to work with Mario and the Silicon Valley Real Estate Team, and were highly impressed with their courtesy, professionalism and white glove service.

I've had the pleasure of working with Mario several times and he's done an amazing job. He helps sellers understand the market, determine what they need to do to position their property properly, and then works to get them the best price and terms. Mario is very personable and fun, but he's also incredibly knowledgeable and hard working. If you need some work done prior to selling, he'll get the right people in quickly and inexpensively so that your home is ready to get top dollar. If your home is already perfect, he'll get it marketed to attract as many bids as possible. Mario takes care of all the heavy lifting so that the process is smooth and stress free. If you're considering selling, do yourself a favor and call Mario!

From start to finish, Mario did a stellar job with the sale of our Fremont home. Not only were we able to trust Mario’s advice, he gave us the confidence with every step of the sale. Mario and his team went above and beyond the white glove service they pride themselves on and sold our home quickly, above asking price, with ease. Mario answered all of our questions and responded quickly no matter what time of day or night. We highly recommend Mario and the Silicon Valley Real Estate team. He will protect you all the way to the close of escrow. Add as an added bonus, his team was so helpful as we had a complicated move - out of state. Do note, that we often think of Mario as Mr. San Jose. Now he is Mr. San Jose and Mr. Fremont. He was far and away the best real estate agent/group we have ever used - and we've sold 8 homes over the years.

Mario Ramirez truly does redefine Real Estate. While assisting my wife in selling the home of a relative, he has provided comprehensive assistance and advice, including a substantial financial investment to be recouped upon sale. Mario's dedication to his clients and seeing the job through and through are exemplary and I would recommend him whole heartedly.
