Using Tour Azores for our trip was the best decision I ever made! All the guided trips were incredibly beautiful and unique. The guides were so friendly and knowledgeable, and Marcos went above and beyond while helping me to plan everything from day 1. I couldn't believe what we got for the value. Also, we experienced some bad weather on a few days and the tour guides worked with us and offered really amazing alternative to still make this trip an amazing experience. I have booked a round trip flight and want to change my options. I have left 2 messages, one voice, one with a person, and not one call back. It was over a three week period. Extremely poor service, would have rather booked myself.

We all had a fantastic time. Our tour guide Raphael was really great. Every thing went smoothy, accept for Logan Airport. We were required to get tested for covid that day, when we checked in at Logan no one ever looked at our vaccination status in Boston or Ponta Delgada. Columbia Travel is excellent to deal with. This is my second time I had them book a trip to the Azores and everything went great. Looking forward to our next trip with Columbia Travel. We have 4 more Islands to visit
