Our experience today was great!! I was feeling a little faint after my blood test, so they helped me recline on the seat and gave me water. When it was my little sister’s turn, she was really nervous and did not want to have her blood drawn. Dr. Iglesias and Dr. Billy were great! They told her jokes and made her smile. Dr. Billy even sang a song from the Smurfs while they were drawing her blood. My sister was super happy. A++

Since I have deep veins it can sometimes be a problem drawing blood on the first try. I've never had that problem here. First try every time. Staff has always been friendly and professional

Recommended outside the lab and urgent care departments. Some specialists can not accept walkins. Diagnostic Imaging, for example, may have their hardware solidly booked.
I had cataract surgery this year. My ophthalmologist is independent and I used the lab at Sutter/PAMF. I'm not a spokesperson for PAMF, just reporting my experience.

As far as I know, Sutter is correct. The lab was once part of PAMF and was borged or merged into Sutter Health.
