Very good Drs and RNs no matter what the health issue is they're on top of it and always seem to figure it out. The RN at the los gatos clinic was able to identify my disabled son's illness even when he couldn't communicate his symptoms. From my visit today 08/10/22

Wow! What a great experience! My family and I were driving through town when my daughter woke up feeling unwell. We went here because it was the first urgent care center we found open on a Sunday. James helped us check in and he had such a wonderful bedside manner! He was so good with my 5yo, both when he swabbed her and an hour later when she got a nosebleed all over the place and he helped stop it. He put on cartoons for her and was just overall so caring! I always expect urgent care to take forever when you just walk in and this was not bad at all. The provider we saw (Savinder) was amazing and understanding of our situation. Really, really great experience. Very happy!

I did not have a good experience at this clinic, whoever saw me was extremely unprofessional and condescending about very private matters, making assumptions about my personal choices. Would not recommend going here.

I would love to leave 5 stars as the staff that I interacted with was very kind and courteous but the lack of communication on the limiting of hours of operation was frustrating beyond belief. I drove over 40 minutes twice only to find the facility closed.
