All employees were very professional, courteous and helpful. Sherwin did my CT Scan. I affirmed him. Very professional, thoughtful, competent, helpful. He rates a 10. One policy I seriously question. A man came in and wanted to know if his doctor's order had arrived before he made an appointment, a very reasonable request. He was told to take his turn behind all the people waiting for procedures, about an hour. Very unreasonable policy. Rosemary Everett

I had an excellent appointment, didn’t have to wait at all . The staff was friendly informative and helpful. The clinician that did my MRI was fabulous. He guided me right through it and let me know how I was doing and made sure that I was comfortable and doing all right. I would happily recommend or return if needed for another MRI thank you staff.

I have recently become a bit more claustrophobic. And MRI machines have particularly bad for me. I was scheduled for the Open MRI machine and it was amazing. I was very comfortable. The machine was everything I was hoping for. And the staff was very friendly and explained everything. I was given a CD of my scans within minutes of returning to the lobby. This is a quality facility and would recommend them to anyone needing imaging.

Staff are very friendly and take care of you as quick as possible. I’ve been to valley radiology several times. They always are orderly and on time. I had a MRI appointment as well as a walk-in X-ray. I waited for a short time for the X-ray and was called in 15 minutes sooner for my MRI appointment. Overall excellent service.
