If you care about your fur babies, then do not go to this place. They are incompetent, forgetful, and they will end up wasting your time over and over again. When I brought my dog’s stool samples, they didn’t even do the fecal test on my dog and they were too embarrassed to admit that they forgot to do it. When they completed my puppy’s health certificates, they did not have the accurate information on the certificate and I had to keep coming back to pick up the papers after their repeated mistakes. Definitely learned my lesson to never go there again, after many times of being disappointed by their lack of competence; not just the vet and techs, but the receptionists as well.

Absolutely love Dr. Sands and her staff! I do not trust anyone else with my 5 dogs but her. She is very compassionate and brilliant, and her clinic is very reasonably priced. She has given my dogs with CHF longer, comfortable lives and she is a true angel.

My mom brought her 15 year old chihuahua, Merphee, to Sandy Paws when he became sick. They were so helpful and caring, so when the time came to make the difficult decision to put him to sleep she knew they were the ones to go to. Merphee was never scared while there like he was at other vets. The staff took their time with us and let my mom hold him as he took his last breath. They were patient and gentle with him. Today my mom received a card from them. I have never seen anything so sweet. They took the time to create a card with his paw prints, fur, and nose print so it looks as if Merphee is reaching out to us for a hug from beyond. Because of them my mom is able to process the passing of her beloved pet who was there for her during difficult times. Thank you so much, Sandy Paws, for your kindness and for showing how much you sincerely care!
