Decent enough health care for a regular check up, but would take my pet to a more qualified vet for those "uh-ho" moments. Took my baby boy there, had x-rays and blood work done and spent &500+ and about 20 minutes for them to say "ehh we don't know, take him to a vet ER". I fully understand running a business and the charges that come along with that, but when your college degree recipient answer is a "shrug" you might not want to charge an arm and a leg. Needless to say, my pets will never step foot in that "clinic" again.

My dog got an x-ray there and you could tell by the way she carried her hips that something was wrong but they said everything was fine. 5 months later she hurt her leg and got an x-ray at a different vet and she has severe arthritis. The kind they see typically in 8 year old dogs. She was less than 2 at the time. So for months I could have treated her, gotten her medicine and physical therapy but no, Banfield said it was all a ok. Do not take your pets there if you actually love them.

The nurse Zoey was great. She answered all my questions about my new rescue Jubilee Grace, because she newly blind and questions about my other two cats. The staff upfront friendly.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
Hi Norma - Thank you for reaching out. We do our best to accommodate walk-ins and same-day appointments. We always recommend calling the team to discuss your pet's needs. Making an appointment would allow time for our team to prepare for your visit and reduce your wait time. If you’re not sure your pet needs to come in and you’re an Optimum Wellness Plan client, you can also ask pet health questions 24/7 via Vet Chat in the Banfield app.
Yes. I used to work for Banfield. They do health certificate for traveling inside and outside the US.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
Banfield opens at 10 am
