The rental increase is drastic every year with nothing to show for the price increases. The new management is horrible. They don’t ensure that the breezeways are clean. They are dirty and filled with spiders & cobwebs. They haven’t powered washed in months.They lost staff and haven’t hired anyone so the office hours are now limited. Online rental payment portal was down for 6 months. There’s no way to place work orders online. Have to call in and hope that office staff remembers to get your request over to maintenance. There are tons of inoperable cars on the property. Homeless camp out in between the trees on n the property. The garbage compactor is either always missing or broken so trash is piled up at the can. The gates are supposed to be closed and entry to the parking lots are supposed to be controlled however they’re always open allowing anyone access into the community. Was a nice but the place has been deteriorating over the years

they never answer the phone. I have seen them not answer people and let the phone ring. Management is horrible.

Well let's star with the girls in the office. When you go ask for something they don't know anything the only thing they tell you it's to call the corporate. I just renewed my lease and it the worst desicion I made. They full force all the rules in the contract except the Pool and the gym . If the office it's close the pool and the gym are close. I'm paying 1700 and I can't even enjoy the pool on a Sunday because it's close. I'm over paying for stuff that I can use. Be careful it's your tire go flat. Because they will call the tow company and they will take your car quick. If I was able to give 0 star I will . Worst place to live . In the contract that I have it's say the pool closet at 8 pm but they don't want to follow the contract.
