The staff is polite and professional - HOWEVER - if you are in a rush or driving through, CHECK YOU ORDER before you leave - I frequent this location enough that I can tell you the you would have a better chance of winning a on a scratch off lottery ticket, than on them getting your order right.

Service is so bad at about 9:30pm! Not even busy and I waited at the drive thru for 2-3 mins before order was even taken.. after I paid I asked for my receipt and the lady rolled her eyes at me… they told me my food was cooking to pull around and when they brought me the food we asked for our drinks which we waited 5 mins before we went and knocked on the door and was greeted with attitude and treated like we were dangerous and were lying and the food was cold when we received … will not be returning to this location very disrespectful

Made the mistake to visit this place again. And again, I received extremely poor food quality. The Double Quarter Pounder with cheese was stale, rubbery and lukewarm. The Chicken McNuggets were so bad, I only ate two and threw the rest in the trash. I'm quite sure these items had been sitting a while after they were prepared, which is completely the opposite of what is advertised. This is kind of sad, because I really enjoy this food when it's prepared correctly. I travel all over the southeastern part of the United States, and this has to be the worst McDonald's I've ever purchased food from. I won't be back, ever!

Big Mac was good, fries a bit under done for me, chocolate shake was thin and more like chocolate milk.
