The truck in front of me waited at the delivery window no joke at least 10 maybe 15 minutes. When it was my turn I asked the server what the trouble was and she said they were short staffed. I asked for a cup of ice has some compensation for making me wait so long as they already had my money. The girl gave me the ice but was pretty snotty and borderline rude about it. She quickly made a rude comment and slam the window in my face. This is not the first time I've had trouble at this McDonald's. Probably won't be going back anytime soon.

Because customer service is the last thing they are worried about. So frustrating.

And they want $15/HR lol
Because they're busy doing other things and can't sit around waiting for your phone call. If you have a question or concern, go in person or call their office number which should be posted somewhere in or around the restaurant.
last week one time it took 15mins, but by the time I left the line was around the bldg, I GOT LUCKY AND WAS FIRST lol. on average I wait 30mins. if i see a line I know it's at least 30mins and I pick somewhere else
