I’m wondering if they have customer service at all? I ordered a bottle of juice and a pack of coils and got the juice only and can’t get them to respond. Seems like they’re dodging me... can anyone tell me if they’ve had a similar experience

I also placed in order never received it and was billed for it they are not answering my emails and apparently when you call the mailbox is full and this has happened also to two other people that I know, what's going on with this company I feel also like other people that they are dodging me but they had no problem talking my money and I never received my order or even a courtesy to email me or pick up their phone calls mailbox is full that's terrible way to conduct business

Just keep trying, it took some days for a response but they do have CS. I wondered why my order hadn't been shipped after a week and it was because a juice was out of stock. I wish they had notified me instead of holding my order but they let me choose a replacement juice once they replied to my e-mail. They said they were training a new employee, it may be they are under staffed or have a high employee turnover rate. Either way just keep trying to make contact to resolve your issue. I have never called, only e-mailed. So I can't say what calling CS is like.

Today is Saturday , they work only Monday - Friday only From 9:00 am to 5:00 pm .
