Do these people actually ship your order because I've been waiting for over a week for a tracking number. I feel as if I'm being scammed because the number is not working and I've sent several l emails. But they sure charged my card.

I’ve ordered from them many many times never had a problem this is my first time I ordered one small 30 ml bottle of ejuice Thursday last week was forced to pay the 1 day shipping and have only gotten a confirmation email I’ve called three times and they aren’t picking up it’s honeslty bs and I’m gettjng really upset never gonna but from them again only because of this

I’ve ordered from them on three separate occasions so far and have never had an issue. They’re a very busy establishment, so getting a hold of them could be tricky, but I encourage people to keep trying. I don’t know why you might have had an issue with your particular order, but based on my own experience I feel comfortable saying that they are NOT a scam.

same thing happened to me... I ordered on the 7th and its now the 16th and ive yet to get a response to any emails, no phone pick ups on their bogus number, no tracking info, nothing. i filed a complaint through the BBB and called my bank and they said i could file a dispute to try and get my money back, so hopefully that works!! i ordered $113 worth of stuff so its not like it was a tiny purchase! How are they still operating and not been sued?!they were one of the first sites to pop up when i googled vape juice, so i assumed theyd be a reputable company...i was waaaaay wrong. reading these reviews, whoever runs the "company" is going to hell for robbing so many people!!
