I've been ordering for over a year now and order every 2 to 3 weeks. Shipping has always been super quick on their part and as long as USPS has no problems my items generally arrive in 2 to 3 days after ordering. I have had only one problem and that was my last order. It was partially refunded due to product out of stock. I was a little disappointed that when I reached out via email they had not responded. It doesn't deter me to keep ordering I just hope that if the item I'm wanting is out of stock that it reflects it online. Overall I am very happy and have no reason not to continue to shop here.

Love it! Wonderful customer service. We called to see if they had a product, and a few minutes later, showed up. That product was no longer being produced, but they had a range of comparable products waiting for us. They really know what's going on with their products, and seem to keep very close relationships with their suppliers. Their prices were half what I payed somewhere else. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for vape juice.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered several disposable vapes and there were 2 missing from the 25 I ordered. I called, no answer. I emailed and was asked to send a packing slip and a picture of what I received. I sent the picture but the packing slip was thrown out with the box. The ones missing were 16.99 a piece and they refused to send me the ones missing or refund me and have stopped answering emails. I’ve spent several hundreds of dollars with them in the last few months and didn’t have a problem till this shipment and now they refuse to do anything. They stole my money without sending what I ordered. I will be following up with legal action. It’s not about the money but the unwillingness to make it right. Especially when I’ve been a repeat customer and would have continued to be spending about $500 per month.

This used to be a great company to order from. I have been using them for almost a year with zero issues ever. I always got my product within 5 days. However this last order of 3 juice bottles and a box of coils I had missing items. The juice came in on time but the packing slip showed they shipped the entire order complete, however the coils were missing. Not a big deal I figured I would just email. I sent multiple emails and tried calling many times. The phone goes to a full voicemail and no one responds to emails. Over $15 is annoying but be willing to work with them. Now I see this has been happening to many customers according to the reviews. It is a shame because before this incident I would have probably given them 5 stars for service and cost. Now I will no longer order from them and decided to leave a review to hopefully protect others from making the same mistake. I gave them 2 stars because I did receive the juice and the past was a good experience. If they are willing to correct the error and explain the ghosting then I would be willing to revise the review but I do not plan on using them again.

Do these people actually ship your order because I've been waiting for over a week for a tracking number. I feel as if I'm being scammed because the number is not working and I've sent several l emails. But they sure charged my card.

absolutely do that!!! ive read tons of reviews since that happened to me (shouldve done that beforehand) and maybe 3 percent have been positive. the rest say they got robbed basically!! they need to be reported and shut down.. BE PROACTIVE IF THEY HAVE RIPPED YOU OFF PEOPLE! dont let them get away with that!

They responded back to my e-mail after a few days, I think they are really busy and backed up. I order online if that makes any diffrence. Never tried calling because e-mail was successfull and issue was resolved.
