no one answers phone so how am I supposed to be able to extend rental?

I've been trying constantly for over an hour now. Have to wait through a minute long voice recording to get a chance to say "Yes" to talk to the location, then get hung up on 30 seconds later.

I have been calling every hour since 6 talked to customer service they just tell me to call till I get someone
