We had to buy ours online. I would go online and check their website because everything opens up in Cali on June 15th according to the news.

Yes you have to pick a time slot and buy the tickets for that slot.
You have to order online.
A couple weeks ago, we had to buy tickets for a time slot to enter. You were able to stay until the zoo closed no matter what time slot your tickets were for.
