The park is free. Of you would like to go to Fairytale town, which is next door, you need to buy tickets.Same with the zoo that is across the street.

William Land Park itself is Free. Fairytale Town & Funderland are for small children and pretty reasonably priced. It is also right next to the Sacramento Zoo.

The park at large is free. There are a couple small amusement parks within that require you to purchase tickets
