Well that's a Great Question. I would like to say YES and NO. You could go to any spot without a reservation, but if has been reserved you could be asked to leave that spot. A lot of times.the put a reserved paper on the tables. This also can be tricky because. So people never show up, or people move the papers to make it convenient for them selves. Good Luck. I would definitely reserve it even if you don't need to. The park is always used for school field trips for kids to eat lunches, families have gatherings, there always seems to be people out there. You can also reserve a birthday party in Fairy tail land in the castle (I believe) the Birthday boy/girl can sit in the king/queen chair, the kids can sit at the nights of the round table. It's even cooler in there. Perfect place to do the party then let them run around fairy town land, with supervision of course. Just another idea for you. Good luck! 😊

I wouldn't think it was critical. But you would need someone there to claim your spot if you don't. But there is a lot of space there.
No. However if you want to secure a spot you should. Or if you want to get a jumper you will need to go through the city for a permit.
To garuntee a table you need to have a reservation. You can show up early and hope nobody has made one for that day and claim it...
