Not sure how many, but they are well kept. In fact, the entire park plus ball field is taken care of. I would suggest that you contact the main office for possible reservations.
Swanston Park is a part of Mission Oaks Recreation and Park District, a different agency. You could call them to reserve.
No- people bring their dogs all the time, but not fully fenced. Cheers
They have an indoor facility that they use for events. They just used it for a Halloween carnival so I'm sure they would for this.
