I have been a member for a long time although I haven't been going to your site very often lately. When I go early in the morning the door won't let me in. Other people have had the same issue.Can you fix this.

It's just a little tricky with the scan happening through the glass. If your card is at a bad angle or there is frost on the glass or a glare.... You should go in the day time and "practice" it. It definitely works. I use it almost daily when I'm in town.

I'm just curious why wouldn't you just call in during business hours about this complaint? Instead putting out in public for everyone too see. But usually when your key card doesn't work it's because the bill hasn't been paid.
