Had a good time at this gym but true SECOND I tried to cancel it was a nightmare. I called and tried to cancel my membership on the 7th of the month. First off I was told that my membership would be cancelled the following month. That was false. Second they wouldn’t back up the 3 DAYS I was past the month deadline. I was planning on renewing but there’s no way now. I liked the trainers but I can’t respect a place that won’t help out their paying customers.

I had a terrible experience with the front desk employee at this location. I have been a member of OTF for a while now, and I have been able to visit other locations in multiple states with no problem. Today I decided to go to a location that is 3 miles away from my home location, and they wouldn’t let me in without a credit card! My card is on file, and I’ve never been asked for it before. They were able to find me on the computer, and I was already there, so the class wouldn’t be missed, and they wouldn’t have to charge me anyway. I tried to explain that, but the front desk refuse to let me in without a credit card claiming that different ownership doesn’t allow them to share credit card information. My wife was able to go to a Long Beach location which is way out there in California and no one asked her for a credit card. I am so disappointed.

I love OTF Nashville West! The program really challenges you to push your body in ways you may not have thought possible. The coaches genuinely care about you and pay attention to your form to correct you if needed or encourage you to try something more difficult. The front desk team is friendly and kind! They are communicative and professional. I'm so grateful I found this gym!

I really appreciate the COVID protocols that OT has designed to keep everyone safe and healthy. Elizabeth was super helpful in getting us scheduled and set up for our workout. The coach took us through all the equipment to reorient us with OT. They went over our post-workout stats with us and even scheduled another workout for us. I really enjoyed the staff we interacted with and the members who were there for the 6:15 am workout on Sat morning were really fun. Great location. Can't wait to go back!
