Best gym! Great staff, friendly members, lots of classes. I highly recommend that you at least try out a free trial class! I was horribly out of shape 3 years ago, and have seen amazing results.

I have known the partner of this studio’s owner since I was a teenager ima little older now but anyway the point is, I may have a little bias in this review. However Until today I have never tried orange theory! From the outside it seemed so intense and yet i was extremely surprised at the relaxed atmosphere created upon entry and the affect just one class had on me! I wondered why I had waited so long! So if your also hesitant go to your first class Do IT! check out Charlie’s class he is so sweet and engaged and Ethan at the front desk was so pleasant and present with me-got me all hooked up with the information you need to know and the plans available. I didn’t feel pressure to sign up after was just well-informed they have so many options you can go home and think about. it can be confusing but they make sure and explain everything you did at the end and how you can improve !w I’ll definitely be back!

If you’ve already been doing Orangetheory and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!

Absolutely. Our coaches are trained to provide options for each exercise on the floor, in addition to offering a low-impact bike and strider alternative in place of the treadmill for lower body injuries or orthopedic restrictions.

Orangetheory is 5 Zone heart rate based interval training using specifically designed and timed interval training blocks. During a workout, members focus on Zones 3, 4 and 5. The workouts are designed to produce 12 minutes or more in Zones 4 & 5 combined (to achieve the after burn) during the treadmill training portion of the workout.
