The equipment are getting old and need maintenance (Update!! all the towels are dirty there is not place to drop those and get new ones, front guy is not helpful he's on the phone all the time and don't care to attend any costumer.)

Literally never answer the phone the mail box is full you can’t even leave a message you’ll never get the membership canceled if you sign up so if you move you’ll pay them for life the Lennox village location has to be the worst workout anytime there is

I don’t usually leave reviews but I need to in this case because I love workout anytime. I have been a member of workout anytime for 10 years and have used numerous gyms over that span. Two in Knoxville, two in Huntsville, one in Cookeville, two in Atlanta and two in Nashville / Spring Hill. This location is, by far, the least kept and most run down workout anytime I’ve been to. Unfortunately, this is the closest gym to my current location and I’m considering changing gyms. I’m leaving this review as I’m working out here and can’t help but get frustrated at the amount of equipment / machines that either aren’t operable or aren’t working correctly, for over a year. On top of that, multiple pieces of equipment are laid out in ways that make no sense as using one completely blocks another. Bolts are out of machines and have been for over a year. Handles have fallen off multiple pins and bars. A water fountain hasn’t been working for months. This gym is not maintained and is an embarrassment to workout anytime. Very surprised is has fallen through the cracks. Again, I love workout anytime, just not this location.

“BEWARE “ had membership there for years, I believe it was $20 when I joined it later doubled, no problem there. I went there less then five times throughout the years.. Decided to cancel membership, no one was ever there at the times I went to speak with someone and forget calling. Had a replacement bank card of course not thinking of continuing membership, I later got hit with a $400 + bill in the mail. It hurt to think these people would be so low down. My name is in bold font so I have nothing to gain here, since then I have discouraged the people in my neighborhood to join, I’d rather do walks around my community than the treadmill at this point. I’m going back to another fitness center at least there is some integrity there. I believe the way you treat people will determine how they feel about your service or product. It dawned on me to check the reviews today. I’m a strong advocate about hearing other people experiences . This was my experience .

It's just a little tricky with the scan happening through the glass. If your card is at a bad angle or there is frost on the glass or a glare.... You should go in the day time and "practice" it. It definitely works. I use it almost daily when I'm in town.
