I have been going to Orangetheory since 2018. I started at a different studio and switched to the East Nashville location when I moved to the neighborhood. I can enthusiastically say that I am SO GLAD this is my home studio! The coaches are engaging and care about the members. They also cultivate a great sense of community where everyone feels like they belong. Aside from getting a great workout, I truly feel like I am a part of the OTF East Nashville family.

The Orange Theory program was definitely the right fit for me. I was struggling in the gym for years. I just did not have enough self control to get the intensity, this program fixed that for me. The location and its personnel are also fantastic. I've been part of their program for nearly 3 years and I will not willingly return to any traditional gym ever.

I visited this studio during my vacation to Nashville at the end of December. It was awesome! I was welcomed and made to feel at home immediately. Vanessa is an outstanding coach and is super encouraging. I love my Ocala, FL OTF, but you guys have a first class studio too! Thank you!

Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full body workout, focused on training to build endurance, strength and power. We use heart rate-based interval training, which burns more calories post-workout than traditional exercise. When wearing our heart rate monitors, your real-time results are displayed on large screens throughout the studio. Intensity is based on your individual heart rate zones, making the workout effective for all fitness levels. To top it off, our fitness coaches lead the workout to prevent you from overtraining or undertraining.
