Im pretty new to OT and am a bit older (or so I think I am!) than most of the other clients, so I was intimidated at first but… the staff at Melrose location (my main OT location) always know my name and make me feel welcome. All the coaches are encouraging and helpful. So happy I joined.

The workouts are fun, challenging, and always different. I love the competitive aspect of seeing your splat points on the TV, I love the data aspect of comparing my points and caloric burn each class, I love the regular benchmarks so I can compare my 1 mile run time year over year and see that while my weight and body fat haven’t changed much I have shaved a min off my pace! I love the instructors, they are so professional and motivating. I love the front desk staff, they always greet me by name and with a smile. And most of all I love the way I feel after I finish a workout!!
