I don’t have experience interfacing with service. I have visited different locations in different states and this one is the cleanest where I have been. Equipment is okay, a tad limited because of the AF model. Cardio equipment is above average.

After several attempts of trying to get things privately and amicably resolved, I have decided to post here so hopefully help someone avoid the same mistakes I did. I have brought SEVERAL concerns up with this particular location including feeling uncomfortable after a few inappropriate interactions. They advised me to “try a different location if I was afraid of overcrowding” and have completely ghosted every email I’ve sent since. I live over 30 minutes away from any other anytime fitness location. I reached out to the workout anytime parent company customer service who have reached out to the owner as well and they continue to ignore my emails and are claiming that “all of my issues have been resolved.” Not only is this location’s owners unprofessional and unhelpful, the equipment consistently breaks even while in use and they are lacking several pieces of vital equipment, none of which you would know until you are allowed to see/use the gym which isn’t until after you join due to covid rules. Save yourself the headache, do not join, and find a gym that will actually appreciate your business. I made the mistake of signing a contract for a cheaper monthly cost and now I’m stuck unless I pay out the remaining 18 months of my contract.

No fans, small/cramped, feels packed if more than 5 people are there at the same time. But after 11pm it slows down and the place is pretty much yours. They also provide towels for the shower which is nice!

I am an over the road truck drive so I visit a lot of gyms throughout the country. This gym is extremely clean and so are the bathrooms. The staff is constantly cleaning, which is a plus, since cov-19. Added bonus I was able to park my truck and trailer behind the building

I cancelled my 2 memberships 6 months ago at this location on lebanon rd Donelson. I have continued to see the membership charges out of my account each month. I have called over and over and I’ve to have them stop payment and they have not responded or reimbursed. Finally after trying to get ahold of someone at this location I called and Brandy the owner answered. I simply told her what the situation was and she was so rude and ugly to me. Yelling and acting as if she does not care about the customers but rather the money. All I wanted was what was agreed upon months prior. This gym is horrible, from the service to being overcrowded and never able to use the equipment. I would definetly go somewhere else for your money.
