If you return a car at an agency not where you picked it up, YOU WILL PAY A REDICULOUS UPCHARGE! For 5 days i pd $230 and picked up and dropped off at sfo. If i picked up at sfo and dropped off at oakland the 5 days woild have cost $900. RIP OFF!!!!
Short answer: yes, but you'll have to pay more if you drop the car at a different location, than you picked it up.
ENTERPRISE has one way rental. But watch the drop off fee.
