Yes they will be able to help you at Heritage. More than likely a guide pulley has been tweaked, or you could have a bearing issue on one of the spindle hubs. Either way explain to them and they can help. Richard is great in parts, and Randy or John in service all can help
I'm sorry I don't have an answer for you as I was just a visitor there. Although I did have a cub cadet that did that same thing it was ridden hard and the pulleys needed lined up. In my case not sure if yours is the same. Have a good evening
