The online experience was great. Organized to where you enter your tractor model and you then can choose all replacement items available. Fast delivery. The only negative was I didn’t receive an email notice that my order was shipped. A small negative to all the positives.

Jay, I’m sorry that you are having problems with your mower. We have checked all our service departments and don’t have any record of your machine coming in with a problem. Please feel free to bring it in to any of our locations and we can repair whatever is broken.
Not a mechanic but suggest you continue to work with the service manager directly. Have found him to work hard at getting it right.
