My dad purchased an $8000 new lawn mower from this company. In less than 16 months he has had to take it back to them 5 times, 2 of which were right after purchase. He was sold a lemon and they can't seem to figure out how to fix it. He is a much nicer person than I am. I would be demanding a new machine. Buyer beware!!

Just had my mower fixed here and they did an excellent job got it in and out fast with no problems. I buy all my parts at this dealership the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

There are not many John Deere places left in the area but let me tell you this, the staff at Heritage Tractor are friendly and great. They know their products and are just good folk. The prices are right with most online places but the service you get here makes it worth going through them. Clean store and ample room outside to explore a new Tractor or Riding mower. They have all the accessories and if it's not in stock they can order it and it's a relatively quick to get in. They are the type of folks that making the decision to by a Deere was a GREAT one.

Yes, we partner with John Deere Financial for new and used equipment. For parts and service charges, we have a Multi-Use/Farm Plan account solution, ask about no payment no interest options.
We do offer pickup and delivery of equipment for service within a defined radius of our stores. Our teams also deliver new equipment when requested. Any pickup or delivery services are subject to a fee.
To order parts visit the store or call the store and talk to the person that works at the parts department order parts online.
Yes, we can perform select maintenance and services. We're not able to perform warrantable work for non-John Deere equipment. For specific units and concerns, contact your Heritage Tractor service manager and they can provide more details and pricing
We are happy to provide shields at all the transaction counters and are social distancing to keep customers safe. Masks are available upon request and we have sanitization stations.
