Is there a shuttle from hotel to cruise ship terminals if so how much. Or are there other transportation methods.

I guess you can ask the front desk maybe they can help you out more I couldn't really tell you because I didn't stay there for too long just one day and one night

Uber or cab,

When I stayed there there was a Comfort Suites van so that's a possibility. You may want to call the hotel directly. There was always Lyft or Uber and I always price shop and typically find Uber cost 30% more than the competitor.
