we booked this hotel because of the positive reviews but after getting there, it was just the opposite. right when you walk in there is a musty smell that smacks you in the face- almost like cigarette smell. the carpets are so old, and the atmosphere in general is just off. when we got to the room, same musty smell. no towels in the bathroom, the water from the sink and the shower smelled so bad. not to mention the disgusting couch! stains all over it and it was suppose to be a pull-out mattress. after driving for 13 hours we were tired, so we ended up just spreading our blankets on the bed and left first thing in the morning. i even woke up with a bite on the ankle. would not recommend this place!!

Positive: Staff was great and there are a lot of food and shopping options nearby. When we had a problem, the staff was apologetic and quick to resolve it. Rooms were spacious and incredibly comfortable Negative: Cleanliness could be better. Our first room had bugs on the bed and we found pieces of bug wings under the pillow. When we checked in, the breakfast area floor was covered with food. Our second room was spotless.

Positive: Carpet was filthy. I did not take a shower because it was dirty. Smelled mildly & of cheap perfume. Negative: Not clean. Rust stains in the bathroom. The tub enclosure was falling down on back wall. This hotel really needs an update.

Hotel was good and rooms were very clean, staff was friendly and helpful and location was good. Downsides were that the breakfast was smaller than advertised, pullout couch you will definitely feel the springs (to be expected) and they had this bad smelling air freshener in the ac/heat unit which was very strong. You got use to it after a while so not the end of the world but it would be better without it in my opinion. Overall I would come back if I needed a place to stay.
