The gentleman that checked us in was extremely friendly and polite. The room was impeccably clean. However...The restaurant/sports bar was a disappointment. We had to struggle to get Nick's attention to be seated and to place an order. His attitude was horrible. The food was not good. We expected much more from Hilton. We ended up picking up a pizza later that night. The cocktail was like water. The fact that there wasn't breakfast / continental breakfast was somewhat disappointing. The woman at the gift shop was very friendly. The gift shop was clean and had a nice selection. Overall we had a nice say.The bed was comfortable and the room was very nice!

Great staff. Loved the infused water. I remember the free cookies tasting better but overall a good experience. Good location. Shuttle back to the airport. My only complaints might be that the pool could have used a cleaning. For the price, this is a great choice.

Booked this place last minute due to an issue with another hotel. Place is very clean, accommodating and friendly. Ashley at the front desk greated us with the fresh baked cookies and some bottled water. Asked is we preferred a room on the first floor or a higher floor, did not matter to me but after a cold day I wanted to be close to the hot tub. We received a room on the first floor with a balcony right in front of the hot tub. Room was clean, hot tub was on and open until 10pm, and the sports bar they have is nice and open until 2am. After staying at 3 other places in the area I will be making this my to go hotel in Tampa.

Positive: The bar was awsome! The staff and service was outstanding. Best waitress. Front desk service was great house keeping staff was so friendly and nice Negative: The rooms are very outdated. Matresses were uncomfortable. This is a very old Double Tree buliding. The building and name does not match. It was like staying in a 2 star. I will not go back

Yes. It is. Service Pets are welcome, obviously. If not service pets, like every other hotel, they charge a non-refundable fee for having a pet with you during your stay.
Yes they have a free shuttle from Tampa airport but you have to call the hotel first. The shuttle pickup point is outside when you get to delta baggage claim 4 and 5 ask.

Not sure if they do. It's not far from any of that so you could Uber/Lyft easily. Probably more convenient than a shuttle, too.
I believe occupancy, location and time of the year can alter the price/points. I would recommend that you call the 800 number for accurate standar rate, for your time of travel. My last trip I called the actual hotel and was not well informed. Good Luck
