I really enjoyed my stay at Fairfield Inn. Everything from the time I entered the building it was all great. All of it was well worth me booking my stay with them. Big room and a big bed clean and fresh and bright. Bathroom was way bigger than I thought it would be. So places give you a great room. But the bathroom are a after thought. Hugh walk in shower which I love. I will definitely staying with you guys my next visit anywhere.

If you’re a Marriott Bonvoy member STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!! Checked into this hotel today and requested my enhanced upgrade based on platinum bonvoy status. Shawn the front desk attendant rudely stated that they don’t upgrade. I told him that is not Marriott policy and my status is not based on the price of the room. He again refused saying his manager told him that was the policy at this hotel. I called Marriott Bonvoy customer service and had a supervisor call the hotel and explain to them that they were violating Marriott policy. They still refused saying that the General Manager created this policy and he is out of town and they won’t go against him. Never been treated like this at any Marriott property. I filed a complaint with Marriott and advise all elite members to stay away from these rude arrogant people. There are many other Marriott properties in Tampa that won’t treat loyal customers like this.

Negative: Breakfast was atrocious and inedible, Only able to have coffee and juice. No excuse for this to be the case . Was also consensus among other guests . The worst offering we have ever had anywhere,

We love this hotel. The people are very nice and helpful with what you need. Beds are so comfortable and it's great for my back, plus we slept great. Rooms are nice and clean. Everywhere is quiet except for the lobby. They do have a pool there not sure if it's open we didn't go swimming while there. Hope to go back there if we ever get a chance too.
