The perfect location for all your excursions in Tampa. Great service with a friendly & helpful staff. The outdoor pool can be bigger but it served it's purpose. Nice bar @ the pool. My only complaint is that the room should be updated. It's a bit dated. Other than that I had a great time. Enjoy the pictures & your time.

The smell is rough in this hotel like sewage. The hotels facing the river are mostly facing the rooftop. The bed is comfortable the shower pressure is good and hot water gets very hot which I appreciate. It is right on the riverwalk but there is construction right down the road and you end up having to go to the street right now anyways. Also the check in process took like 25 minutes and there was an electrical issue and they had to change our room.

Marriott should ashamed. This Sheraton is a disaster. I work in hospitality and I would be fired if I allowed my guest suites to fall into the state they are in with scuffed walls, rusty and scatched luggage racks, and door knobs replaced look horrible. The restaurant was out of steaks and our server, Hillary cautioned us against the grouper. She was terrific and brought us a list of other area dining options. In fact all of the staff were very customer forward. Many of the pool lounge chairs were torn up. The pool itself was cloudy. I made my dissatisfaction known with the hotel at the local level and received a partial refund, though I did not ask for it. I am happy to pay for the quality of amenities and service I typically enjoy as a Bonvoy member, but not for this experience. The front desk indicated that the hotel is due for renovations. They should have used the time during the pandemic to take care of it then.

Nice location, clean room, friendly staff. Had to make a couple repeat requests to the front desk for toiletries but they eventually came. Riverwalk is great. They need to fix the back gate - gate was mostly open but was locked when I had to walk back in the rain at night and it didn't recognize my room key. I had to double back to the front to get in. Bed was comfortable.

Yes and you can even walk to the Trolley that takes you all the way to Ybor City
It depends on when you're going and who you book through. You could possibly get it for as low as $115 a night. It is well worth checking into. I LOVED this hotel. Ask for AAA rates too.

Typically 3pm. You can request it to be earlier at no extra charge. I requested to check in at 1pm and they happily obliged. Just call ahead if you do to make sure the room is ready.
They do not charge, just make sure it has your name followed "hotel guest arriving mm/dd"
You can order from room service or go downstairs. I will say that the French fries are amazing. I ordered those for dinner!
No, but they have a great buffet you can purchase. Some rooms may come with a breakfast voucher.
