This hotel is a good value for the dollar. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The amenities, although small and limited, serve the purpose well. The restaurant is good. When you step into the hotel, it feels like you are somewhere tropical and exotic! I always recommend it to friends and family. Didn't like that I had to pay a $20 a night parking fee. That was not a nice new surprise.

Beautiful affordable hotel with a beautiful indoor courtyard.. We had a room issue and it was addressed right away. The beds were comfortable and soft, the bathroom was a little small, but the suite has a seperate room with couch for the kids, so that's a plus. Would definitely stay again.

I travel a lot for work and have to say the service at this hotel is second to none. Mr. Cuba was working the front desk when an 80 year old women walked in and stated she was in a car accident. He sprung into action, helped her sort everything out with her insurance carrier, and had a room set for her to lay down after a horrible shakeup. He even sent up a robe and slippers since she did not have any luggage. The entire staff has the same warm feeling and friendliness. As a bonus the rooms are completely updated, spacious, and bed is comfortable. You will not be disappointed stay here.

We booked here for the indoor pool which turned out to be the only good thing about this hotel. Very ignorant staff. The website states they have a continental or full American breakfast but when we asked the staff we were told they don't have anything like that, just the restaurant that is there which is pretty pricey. Shower doesn't drain so you're standing in water the whole time; make you wonder when the last time they cleaned them was. The shampoo and conditioner containers don't even work properly. Definitely will not being booking with any hotels in this chain again.
