Saturday morning..I was the second customer I wanted to purchase a iPhone. Was told that the phone was not available. I went back to my car placed the order for pick up at the same store within an hour. Wow!!….. I waited and pick my phone up in less than hour at the same store. When I picked my phone up another gentleman waited on me. I asked him did you guys get a shipment this morning he said no we’ve had these phones. Wow!!!! The sales associate and the manager was incompetent, and rude and are the biggest liars…..I Reported the incident to the manager Sarah and she totally disregarded my experience. After reading some of the other reviews there’s a serious issue going on at this location beware. Reached out to the district manager Dave couldn’t reach him….

Lots of associates walking around. Could not guess what they were doing. Not helping customers was obviously as they would throw there arms up when a associate walked by and didn't offer any assistance. Only one person checked in ahead of us and 30 mins later we walked out.

The employees are friendly. However, when you tell them you need a new phone, I don't think it's fair to wait in line 45 minutes for them to tell you that they don't have any of the phones you wanted in stock, you'll have to order online. It should be told as soon as you walk in. Why waist your time or the employees time? If I had known this, I could have had a new phone sooner, not waisted my gas, that is expensive already. Idk, Verizon has changed alot.

Beavercreek Verizon so much better. At Huber waited for several minutes (maybe 5) to be acknowledged. Then we were told we could get the new phone connected without their help, but to go find a place to "sit" and someone would check on us in a few minutes. No one checked on our progress again and when we ran into a stumbling block, we just left. Figured if we couldn't figure it out at home we'd go to Beavercreek where I've never been left without help or someone checking in with us to let us know that someone would be with us shortly. When we got in the car, I discovered a text message on a different phone that I wasn't using at the time saying there were 2 people ahead of us. Sure looked like all the customers were being helped. Hmmm.

No but it does depend how busy they are. They only allow so many inside at a time.
You need a valid government issued ID ar the very least. Possibly more documents depending on the situation.
