This place is great. The staff works hard to take care of your packages and always makes sure you have a receipt. This place has been second to none in service compared to other shipping companies or UPS locations.

Try not to use this warehouse whenever possible. My package has been lying there for 2 days even though it has arrived at the warehouse. When they decided to have it out for delivery, they lost my package without even delivering it. It is very difficult to reach them. Also they are very rude as always if you decide to visit customer service center. It's unclear what my 2nd day air cargo is at the moment. They don't even update so it's impossible for you to track it. I don't even recommend it. If I could give zero points, I would give zero points. UPS you must immediately take possession of this Warehouse. You can't steal the time of people who are short on time by waiting for packages for anyone's taste. Choose your couriers more professional. Instead of losing packages, let them deliver on time.

Hello UPS one of your drivers delivered my shoes but removed the shoes and only delivered an empty box. Shoes from Nike usually has the black "Just Do It" tape on the box so the recipient knows if it was tampered with. When the driver delivered the package, the box clearly came out the truck opened. I have videos and pictures that shows the box was delivered opened. Now I am worried about packages coming from this UPS location because they have a dishonest employee that would steal people packages. #Shame #Grinch Terrible!!

Good luck i have had 3 packages go to Chelmsford and disappear. Never received them. Not sure what they are doing there but someone should investigate. Ups customer service is not helpful either.

If you call 1-800-pick-ups and give them your tracking number they can tell you if it's available for pickup. They usually charge to change your package to a will call for pick up. It also depends on if it's actually in the building or in a trailer staged in the yard to be unloaded on a future date or future shift
Yes, there's a customer center on Brick Kiln Rd at the end of UPS rd.
The customer counter isn't open on Saturdays

Don't try to pick up packages early, even if the tracking info says it is at the facility. It may be on a 55' truck that hasn't been unloaded, or somewhere in the giant warehouse across the street from the customer center. they WILL NOT be able to get it for you. (Speaking from experience)
In my experience, when a package is on the move usps can't pin down its exact location. Usps has the same information you have.
