Sadly the service was awful. I was clearly an inconvenience and the dr. had zero compassion. Was asked not to sit on the patient table but rather on a chair because the dr. didn't want to change the table again since I was the last appointment. It was clear the dr. just wanted to get out of there.

I have always had a good experience at this clinic until today. Do not see Crystal Wilson NP! I arrived a few minutes past my appointment time 12:35, appointment at 12:30.) Promptly checked in and was screened by the other nurse on duty. At 1:33, Crystal came out of the clinic laughing and says "oh, I forgot I had a patient." She then went back into the clinic and a few minutes later returned and said "I forgot I have a meeting and lunch, so I can't see you For shutter hour or two. I said you can see me know, I've been waiting for an hour. She said "well, you was late so you can wait"and closed the door.

Went for antigen test kit. Clinic didn't have it. It was in CVS store. Was treated rudely by cashier. Pushed out the door because they were closing. Won't go back.
