I had to report a fraudulent charge and was made to feel like a liar. Made me feel bad for reporting something I didn't do. I've banked with them for 6yrs always had pleasant experience. The gentleman was very rude and condescending.

If I can give negative five I would I went to the ATM on the outside wanted to take $200 but since it's not a Chase bank account it took my $200 plus a $3 fee didnt tet my money nor my receipt back I went to the bank explain the situation the bank man I talked to told me that it's not Chase's responsibility on getting my money back I would have to contact my bank which is out of state and have them put fraud charges on Chase so if I can recommend you not to go to Chase on this location I'm not never again
