Three service calls and a lack of follow up by Dan Sullivan and our couch is still not ok. We bought one of their more expensive sectionals and it will not stay together. We have had their techs come out three times to put it back together and my last contact with Mr. Sullivan was a telephone call about how he had an idea to fix it. That was almost a year ago and he never followed up to come out and fix it. It was a Bassett couch and it's terrible. We asked about a warranty and were basically told "too bad, there is no warranty for this kind of thing". We spent a lot of money for this and Cedar Hill is not standing by their product. They left us in the cold with a malfunctioning couch. I was waiting for this to be fixed so I could leave a positive review, but this has turned out to be the opposite.

I went to Cedar Hill Furniture store on a Friday. Needing to purchase a lift chair for my mom who is getting released from nursing home on Monday. The service I received was amazing. He showed me how each chair worked, and alot of info to help me decide on which chair to purchase. Then i was told he couldn't get it delivered for several days. The General Manager Dan Sullivan knew I needed it sooner. He then told me he would deliver it himself on Tuesday morning!!!! WOW WHAT AN AMAZING COMPANY! Definitely will be buying my furniture from there. This is the kind of service you receive by buying from a family owned business verses the big box stores!! Thanks again, Lisa
