this is a low budget rent by the week $40 day place so you can imagine that it is not your typical Ritz-Carlton but for the price it's not bad so long as you bring your own sheets and towels . Busch Gardens is just down the street so that's a plus .l the upside of this place is it the manager is extremely friendly and very accommodating . just be sure you understand that this is place where you get what you pay for . the people that seem to live their regular very nice and they have free hot dogs on Tuesday nights .

The place had a bed an air conditioning that is it no hot water no tv nothing am when we went to leave the manager wouldn't even answer the door I got pics an video an it has bugs an it would have been better to stay outside proly safer as well I will be getting my money back watch an see

I would give it one star, but, it was a place that was available in an emergency situation for me, so I'm grateful. The bug problem is bad, no getting around that fact. I am still looking for a place to live, but I needed this place and it was here. Do not even consider staying here unless it is this or homeless. And this beats homeless. The room is big. Full size fridge. $225 a week. I likely need to stay for 2 weeks, maybe one month.
