I was pleasantly surprised with how nice this hotel was. The beds were comfortable and the extra bed was made up for us before we arrived. The breakfast was ample the staff was friendly and the hotel was clean perit was clean. The only downsides were the water in the shower wasn't super hot and the room didn't have tissues. But overall I was surprisingly pleased with this hotel and would definitely recommend staying there. The location isn't very exciting ,being a little bit off the interstate and kind of in the middle of nowhere; but it's not hard to drive to supemarkets or any tourist attractions that you might be interested in seeing.

Overall, this hotel is not bad. The staff is helpful and housekeeping changed bedsheets/towels everyday (not many hotels do that these days). The room itself was spacious and beds were comfy. However, there is a bit of a noise problem at this hotel. Firstly, there's quite a bit of noise coming from the street. Plus, the walls between rooms are not very sound-proof. The guest in our adjacent room would play TV all night and we could hear the sound. The bathroom is too small. The hotel also feels a bit old, however, it is clean and maintained in a decent state.

Really nice hotel for the brand. Clean rooms, easy accessibility. My only complaint was that the treadmill in the workout room was broken. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they said they couldn't get replacement parts due to supply chain issues, so I blame the pandemic for that. Luckily the hotel is on a nice long straight road with a good sidewalk, so I could get my daily steps outside.

Staff was very accommodating especially the cleaning crew. The front desk staff was also respectful and friendly. The bathroom's/ shower's drain took a long romme before water was drained. It should have been checked before guests arrived.
