Hotel was nice, checking in was easy! The girls at the counter were all nice and sweet. We had a issue with our toilet not flushing, maintenance guy came up and “fixed it.” Shortly after we realized the toilet still wasn’t flushing. Called the front desk and had us switch to another room(both were parking lot view, which was fine) Room was the same and then we got locked out because the battery to our door went dead and we couldn’t get in. Maintenance guy showed up 1 hour later(at the time somehow we were able to get it) nobody came up for room service nor did we get clean towels. Biggest thing to know is THIS IS A PARTY HOTEL! We were fine with it as it ends at 9pm but if you don’t like a lot of music or a loud atmosphere THIS IS NOT FOR YOU!

As a travel agent I have stayed bat my share of hotels and I have high expectations. This place has the best of both worlds...great for travelers with no children you have an adult only pool/bar and for families you have a pool for you without worries. Food a cute fast and go similar to a knock off Starbucks but affordable for all and a restaurant with a very nice selection/prices. Rooms are clean, very nicely decorated and each room has chairs/table on balcony. Room views of course the higher up you are the more you see. Water view rooms are fantastic and the city view is just that. I stayed in a water view room first floor no issues at all. Front desk staff could not have been more accommodating, super friendly! Housekeeping staff was great. Location great... you can walk to whiskey Joe's in 5 minutes. Well worth the stay....check around different sites for the best rate. I will definitely be back with my family and a trip just with the hubby.

My problem is the Hotel Has Cockroaches (small, medium, and big dirty roaches!!) Throughout the hotel noticed them and in our room. The Front desk was excellent and that’s where it stopped, although there was an old white haired Spanish man that was courteous and friendly. In the room our bathroom mainly the shower floor was dirty, I used a small towel with soap and sanitizer to clean. Weird thing was the room had an almost fecal smell periodically, to the point that I flipped over mattresses and looked everywhere in the room for but could not find. The AC made a noise as if sucked up a bird?? Maybe that was the smell?? Disappointed because they’re not the most expensive but not a cheap stay either. Do better Godfrey or stay mediocre. There’s so much potential

Rooms: was filthy, hairs in the bath, furniture has a lot of wear, bathroom was disgusting. My wife and I keep our sandals the whole stay Quiet: there is a beach club next by so it’s absolutely not quiet, there is a gap between the door and door frame so yes you will hear everything from the hallway View: amazing , gorgeous, you basically pay only for the view but you need to pay the premium for the water view Cleanliness: 2/10 it’s definitely a party hotel. I would compare it to a motel on the interstate. Hallways carpets are covered with stains. The room was NOT CLEAN AT ALL, Bathroom was disgusting!! Do not pay for the parking view (they call it city view) you are better to stay at a motel. If you want to pay premium price for only a view that’s it but expect a filthy room. The check in lady was rude but it’s all good during these tough times. I stay at hotel 2-3 times a weeks. I’ve seen a LOT of rooms. I will absolutely not stay there again ❌❌
