The roads are not well maintained and very rough in sections. Any RV should be able to pass but do a very thorough inspection of stuff to secure everything before going down these roads. Note that most sites in Hanna are to small for big RVs so check that your chosen site to reserve will accommodate it.
We were just up there in June. It's not too bad of a road, but it can get rough. Go slow and be vigilant. We just had rain in this area, so there may be some rough spots.

The last stretch of 2 miles is unpaved. But, should be manageable for the RV
