A well maintained RV park that is managed by extremely friendly staff. The location has easy access to/from the 10 freeway and is a mere 20 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and shops are just minutes away. Facilities has a nice pool, horseshoe pits and a recreation center with pool tables. They even held a pool tournament during my stay. I did see some tent campers although I didn’t find sites offered on the campground map. During my visit I decided to explore Indian Wells and the Coachella Valley area which I found very rewarding.

Very unprofessional Staff. I'm surprised the place is still in business with how ranger "Rick" treats people. My wife drove ahead with the kids and checked us in around 9pm tonight and told the ranger I would be arriving late around 11pm or so. she was given the gate code and site number. Meanwhile I have been driving for 14 hours to get here. I pull up at 1130, punch in the code, and roll in as quietly as possible, headlights off, looking for my site. Suddenly was was accosted by ranger "Rick" asking what I was doing here and how I got in. I explained the situation and was told that people can't check in without their rigs. I proceeded to explain that this resorts failings on their business processes aren't my problem, they are his problem. Customer service is definitely lacking. Last visit for us. I'll be leaving in a few more reviews on other sites for ranger "Rick" to read. Maybe some sensitivity training is in order. Cheers Mr Ranger, I'll be calling corporate in the am😉

Nice place to stop while traveling through this area. RV spots are sandy dirt back in only for 50 AMP, and pull through for 30 AMP... strange. Sewer connections are at very weird locations making getting into an already tight spot even harder... i can see many have been run over. Spots are super tight with all this, so if you are 40 feet and more better have a couple good spotters. Overal above average

This is a nice park. We camped near the restrooms and laundry. I loved the convenience of being near the facilities. The place is nearly full but, we had no trouble finding a good site. The ranger was so nice. He could see I'm disabled and delivered my purchase of ice to my camp site. Very good service. The bathrooms are maintained well and the showers are nice and hot. There are a lot of amenities too. If that's not enough all the sites are 30/50 amp with full hookups.

Thousand Trail members can use a campground for free up to 4 nights then go to a different campground. They have great membership programs
I have no idea but I'm sure that u could call the park and ask
I don't know but the place was nice it also had a golf course
I didn't go there. I went to Thousand Trails in Palm Springs.
Use to now they let anyone in for $$$
You will need to call the office for monthly rates. The park is closed from May 15th to Sept. 15th every year. But, the office is open.
They already have small places to stay about 12 total very nice clean and better they a motel . Hope it can work 4 u .
Yes there is parking. But maybe not with your friend. There is parking out front of the rec center.
I don't know. I do know they have had trouble in the past with bikes being stolen. So keep them locked up when your not using them. As far safes I doubt it but call and ask.
We're in one currently. There are dishes for six, pots and pans, microwave, two burner cook top, no oven or convection, outdoor gas barbecue, sheets and towels (replaced once a week), pillows, coffee pot, teapot, toaster, paper towels, and a very load clock.
No in room hot tubs
