call them and ask for the # to their billing company..it is a third party company that does all of their automated billing..i had no problems cancelling. they did ask for a 30 day notice before cancelling so i was charged one last month before they cancelled.
I never had any luck with it. They are a total scam. They charged me 3x within the same month and I've been waiting for my refunds since April of 2016. I've talked to the manager, the PT manager (Jose), the executive manager (Cutter) and showed them proof their faulty transaction and no luck. I finally reported my CC lost so they could no longer charge the CC on file. They will continue to charge you until it exceed "their limit" and of course it'll go to a collection agency. I then report them to the BBB and was able to dispute the charges and clear my "bad credit" report. Good luck!
