We received the most kindest, compassionate service today from the entire emergency room crew. Everyone that helped my dad was so kind and caring period from from start to finish. It felt like we were cared for and not like a number. Thank you!

Went in for chest pain covid+... I just want to make a special shot out to the nurses and 1 male nurse who was there that night in the covid tent. I wish I got their names excellent care and customer service. Hopefully I never have to see yall again if you know what I mean but I do go back I would trust them again with my life. Kudos nurses you are very appreciated!!

Went in for returning GI issues. The majority of the staff was very kind and attentive. I have a very, very big fear of needles and they were very helpful with that! However, I was in their ER for about 8 hours. I had done a total of 3 tests and a CT. I also wasn't given a bed but asked to go back to the waiting area when my tests were done. I arrived with multiple people and they all left before me, even some people coming in after me and leaving before me. Usually I don't mind the wait, but it was very unnecessary for the treatment that I received.

I brought my adult daughter here with a crisis related to chronic health issues and I cannot thank them enough. Her nurse Megan was phenomenal and all the doctors and other personnel were knowledgeable and kind and gave her the very best care. But the staff who made me cry tears of gratitude was David the EVC (I think those initials) Ambassador: aka housekeeper. He came in and made my daughter smile for the first time that day and before he left he sang a few bars of the gospel song, Stand. His voice was like an angel and it brought tears to my eyes. The most meaningful and beautifully unexpected moment I’ve ever had in a hospital. Thank you all so much.
