Great Clips' very convenient business model of scheduling haircuts is the reason I get my hair cut here every month. I dread waiting forever at other salons. This time, the haircut was as usual...very convenient, very well done and efficient. The stylist was friendly and competent. Five stars all the way, but Great Clips pricing has me checking out other alternatives. $22 for a haircut that takes 10 minutes or less is outrageous. That's almost $10 more than just a few months ago. I understand the issue they're having with employing stylists, but they're pricing guys like me out of the market. Hopefully, they'll come to their senses and get the price back down. I really have found that Great Clips works for me and would hate to have to make a change.

Went in for a haircut and got my hair completely, hacked by a lady named, Shauna. I could tell she had no idea what she was doing and my hair is proof of that. I paid and tipped because I understand she is trying to make a living, but I don't think I'll ever go back...

Not happy with the haircut and the stylist was nice but I don't know if she doesn't recieve a proper training or she didn't want to apply what she learned. Probably another stylist will be good, who knows...

They have a serious issue with their app, so I would personally recommend that you always check in online and then head there. Get there 20 minutes early if it can. Trust me it will help. My husband comes here for his cuts and has zero pro legs with them. I recently took my kid there for a cut-requested a pixie cut and came out with a cut that didn't look exactly like the pic, BUT was even happier with it.

The cost of a haircut at Great Clips is a great value at the regular price. However, we do offer discounts from time to time. These discounts may take place at various times for the salons in your area due to them being independently-owned.
After checking-in, you’ll see your Estimated Wait Time. You can sign up for ReadyNext texts to receive a text when your wait reaches 15 minutes, letting you know it’s time to head to the salon. Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk.

Salons also carry many commercial brands, such as American Crew®, Paul Mitchell®, and Sexy Hair®.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
You can use Online Check-In for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. And, most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call the salon to inquire.
Customers can check in online during the hours the salon is open. Online Check-In will not be available during the first five minutes a salon is scheduled to be open. This gives customers who are physically in the salon when it opens a chance to be checked in and have their names added to the wait list. We accept online check-in up until 30 minutes before closing time. You can still get a haircut at closing time, you just can't check in on the app.
