Saw Dr. Heyrani after a Podiatrist messed up my foot surgery. He was just wonderful I had been in a lot of pain and he told me he couldn’t undo what had been done but could help alleviate some of my pain, and he did. I am so very grateful if I ever have any issues with my feet or ankles he will be the first one I call. I would never go to a Podiatrist again Thank you Doctor Heyrani for letting me walk without pain.

Exceptional service, the receptionist was great, had a great smile and seemed to enjoy her job. The nurse was also great. My appointment was for 9:20 and I was there at 9:00. I had all the paperwork done due to receiving it at home two weeks earlier. I was called to the doctor at 9:05 and the doctor was in a few minutes later. We discussed my problem, trigger finger, and I received a shot and was out of the office by 09:30. I highly recommend this medical group because of friendly and efficient services.

Dr. Locke and his staff are amazing! Unfortunately, I’ve had to use his services more than I would have liked, but I am very glad that he’s been my doctor throughout these ordeals. I trust him and his nurse implicitly!

Let's start with the positive. The office is neat and clean. The front desk people are very nice and accommodating. The PA, Mr. Sanchez is professional and informative. That is where the positive stops. My mother had a fractured patella. We did waited over an hour to be seen by the PA. He had made a tentative diagnosis and told her to sit tight, he wanted to verify if the doctor concurred. Just before we were to leave, surgeon called office and said my 83 year old mother would need surgery, which was contrary to physician assistants recommendation. My mother's next requirement was a CT scan in Temecula which is rather a drive for her/me. We were told the appointment was at 8:40 the next day. In the afternoon, the surgical coordinator called and in rapid fast talk told my mother when everything was scheduled right down to meeting with the PA for her primary care doctor. Never did she check with us to determine availability for the pre-op appointments. She talked down to my mother, interrupted her and was down right rude during the entire call. Pearl was an example of a backyard bully to the people who are her customers. She said she was sorry on occasion however, it was never sincere. I was aghast at the treatment she displayed towards my mother. After long consideration and debate my mom decided this was not the way she wanted to go. When my mom called to cancel the surgery and chat with Pearl again she was scolded and talked down to about cancelling the surgery. It upset me so, I talked to Pearl in a professional tone and manner to make sure she understand the reason behind the cancellation. She only had to interrupt me one time and I told her I did not take kindly to her interrupting me. She needed to wait and I will let her know when I finished and she could respond. Finally, after much back and forth my mother seemed to get into their head surgery was not going to happen. If you want to be treated poorly, wait for over 3 hours for your appointment and have individuals take over where they should not this is the place for you. Never say you have not been warned.
